These Terms explain the rules for using Kaburi, an AI-assisted stock research workspace.
1. Service overview
Kaburi provides market research workflows, chart-reading support, AI-generated research notes, symbol-based history, and related tools. Kaburi is not a broker, investment adviser, exchange, tax adviser, or legal adviser.
2. Research assistance only
Kaburi content is for informational, educational, and research purposes only. It is not financial advice, investment advice, personalized trading instruction, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any security, derivative, cryptocurrency, or other financial instrument.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for your own investment decisions, risk management, tax treatment, and compliance with applicable laws. You should independently verify information and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
4. AI outputs and market data
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or based on incorrect assumptions. Market data, financial data, news, and technical indicators may be delayed, incomplete, or provided by third parties. Kaburi does not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for real-time trading.
5. Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the service at scale, interfere with operations, or use Kaburi to violate laws or third-party rights.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans may be billed through Stripe or another payment provider. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled. Plan features, prices, and limits may change with notice where required.
7. Intellectual property
Kaburi, its design, software, branding, and content are owned by Kaburi or its licensors. You retain rights to your own inputs, subject to the rights needed for Kaburi to operate and improve the service.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Kaburi is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaburi disclaims warranties and is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, data errors, service interruptions, or indirect damages.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or suspend/terminate access if needed to protect the service, comply with law, or address misuse. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
