How Kaburi subscriptions, cancellations, and refund requests are handled.
Subscriptions
Paid Kaburi plans may renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout unless canceled before renewal.
Cancellation
You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Stripe billing portal or the billing area in the product when available. Cancellation usually takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
Access after cancellation
If you cancel a paid plan, you may keep paid features until the end of the already-paid billing period. After that, your account may return to the Free plan.
Refunds
Unless required by law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period starts. If you believe you were charged by mistake or experienced a billing issue, contact [email protected] within 7 days and we will review the request in good faith.
Price changes
We may change plan pricing or features. Where required, we will provide notice before changes apply to existing subscriptions.
Payment processor
Payments are handled by Stripe or another payment provider. Their terms may also apply to payment processing.
